These Terms of Service govern your use of NanoVPS unmanaged virtual private server hosting. By ordering a VPS from us, you agree to the terms below.
NanoVPS provides unmanaged KVM virtual private servers. "Unmanaged" means we are responsible for the physical host, network, and hypervisor; you are responsible for everything inside your VPS, including the operating system, security updates, and any software you install.
You agree not to use your VPS for illegal activity, to send unsolicited bulk email, to participate in denial-of-service attacks, or to host content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only and are converted at the rate displayed on the site. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time and service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Because plans are unmanaged, we do not guarantee the security, uptime, or performance of software you install yourself. We maintain the underlying hardware and network to a reasonable standard but are not responsible for data loss caused by actions taken inside your VPS.
We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of shared network resources.
